No pressure sales I was very impressed by the excellent communication. I set my test drive up online. Guy, my sales person was very thorough, knowledgable, and easy to work with. What I liked the most about him was his no pressure approach. I'd buy a car from him any day!

A breath of fresh air! I'd been to several other dealerships, and the experience tended to be either bad or worse. Often I was given false information, was pressured intensely to buy, was treated without respect, or given the run-around. Best-in-class customer service Val Marcano should give classes in customer service and salesmanship. After looking at over 10 different SUVs, I can honestly say Val has by far the best customer service skills I've seen. He makes what is often a difficult experience for people truly rewarding. You get what you want and leave the dealership happy. He is efficient and goes the extra mile to offer his customers what they are looking for without pouring on the "sales" talk.
Repeat Customer This is my second time purchasing a car at Milford Nissan......wonderful dealership all very professional. A special thanks to Guy Bedau, our sales associate, from the start to finishing the deal, Guy was great to work with and very professional and knew the all about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and always making sure we were well informed. 1st class dealer This was easily the best experience we've EVER had purchasing a car! Everyone one we dealt with was 1st class, an special nod goes to Val Marcano who was excellent in every way. As my wife said "He has impeccable manners". We will recommend Milford Nissan to all our friends and will purchase any new vehicles from them in the future.

other dealerships should take note Came here after a horrible experience with another dealership that used every trick in the game. Nissan Milford was friendly, no games, honest, no pressure. Buying experience Val Marcano was great when I bought my 2014 maxima. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my lifetime. I decided I wanted to buy the car and the next day it was ready for me to take. He was very helpful in every aspect of the purchase and very knowledgable. This is the best service I have gotten, everyone ran to the opportunity to help me and my buying experience. It was a great no haggle purchase and they couldn't have helped me more in any way.
