I was accompanying my friend who was ill. it took a total of 2 hours from the time we got there until the time we left. She did receive good care and some good information and a very easy explanation of her condition and her medications. the waiting room and the exam rooms were clean. the only complaint I have is that there were too many people coming into the room to ask the same questions over and over which was very unnecessary.

i recommend Milford6 Hospital the nurses and doctors are very welcoming. it's a lovely environment. The gift shop has bomb clothing, purses, scarfs, jewelery. it's all very unique. I will certainly be back to see my mom. I will also go back to the gift shop. they said they were getting a lot of new inventory. Whomever pics out the peices for the gift shop has excellent taste I would request more silver with jewelery and purses. love the black patent leather. need it with silver accent. Love Milford Hospital. ❤️

Saturday I was at Yale new haven hospital front desk was rude asking questions none regarding my health made me feel uncomfortable that was last week..i hade to go back last night because they didn't give me nothing for my pain scale 10/10 was in waiting area for 3 hours to get called and put on a bed in a hallway I refuse to stay everything should stay confidential and I knew doctors was going to ask me what's rong mind u I like privacy wen it comes to my health so I drag myself out of the hospital they wouldn't validate my... read more

Worst hospital I've ever been to. Had my knee replaced there 3 years ago and my first night while recovering I was extremely uncomfortable and in pain. They didn't want to give me pain medication and didn't do anything to adjust my position to help me sleep. Treated me like crap for inconveniencing them making like the pain was all in my head and maybe I should see another type doctor. Horrible staff from top to bottom they have no shame nor compassion. My entire stay there was a nightmare...

They saved my life when I had double viral pneumonia years ago. I've just had a 2nd hip replacement and I rate their staff and proceedures at least a 12 on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being best).

Horrible. Tweeked my back during the week. Couldn't move without extreme pain. Thought i would be smart and go for quick tx at Milford Hospital instead of the ER @ Yale. Huge mistake. 2 HOURS before I got anything to help with pain. Vitals were taken only once even with blood pressure being high. Left in a room with nothing. Finally, over medicated me with a shot of morphine, a oxycodone pill and a steroid all at once and sent me on my way. Sick to my stomach and breathing became strained on the way home. I don't recommend Milford Hospital at all. I had minor surgery and was infected by MRSA while under their care. The staff was kind and attentive but, to add insult to injury received a bill after being released. Went round and round with the billing department and then eventually ended up talking to a VP who accused me of not understanding my test results after speaking to my primary and a specialist who made it clear it was hospital ONLY acquired. Horrible service. The dr had no patients waited over and hr for him to see us and than told me to go have my son seen by his pedi because he wasn’t prescribing him a steroid cream. Never again.
