I don’t like the HOA. One year this guy was literally walking around with a tape measure checking the height of the mailboxes. I regret buying my home here. I have lived here for about 7 years now. I wanted to be honest because it looks like most of the reviews are from folks that haven’t lived here.- Maybe I can help someone avoid the drama.
One of the nicer neighborhoods in the area. Well kept with a welcoming atmosphere.
Very clean, calm, beautifully manicured Subdivision. Great events happing all the time. The opening of this years Swimming pool area was awesome! Good trucks, 6 of a kind Party Rentals had a bounce house, popcorn, icees, cotton candy and fun music. Dancing, laughter and a lot of catching up between neighbors. Peace.
