Dr. Pardon and lead dental assistant Octavia were phenomenal! I received a deep cleaning and some fillings. He’s soooo gentle and Octavia thoroughly educates. I will now be a lifetime customer. And they’re very affordable!!
Dr. P, Octavia, & Alexis.. even the lady at the desk, i didn't get her name, but the entire staff here were and are excellent! If i had a million dollars, I'd probably break them off a lil som som. Lol but they're all cool af and very knowledgable. They also made me feel so much more comfortable about my smile than i have in over 5 years. Unpleasant experience. I felt like they were very aggressive salesmen trying to get as much money out of me as they can. I went in for general check up and cleaning. The hygienist didn’t even floss my teeth for the cleaning! She probably polished 65% of my teeth before calling it quits. I saw a different dentist a week later and he said he couldn’t event tell they were professionally cleaned.
I'm only given a star because I have too, companies don't realize how important these reviews are. I'm currently in search for a dentist for my husband and I, as well as a coworker. Because of your reviews you have lost 3 potential PPO insurance carriers.
The office staff does not answer the phone during office hours and when leaving a voicemail they do not return calls.
