Eddie Marshall gave us a relaxed experience and was very knowledgeable about the trailer options. He helped us not only with a good deal on a new 2016, but he also was there start-to-finish until we pulled off of the lot with our trailer. Very professional. We learned more in 3 minutes with Eddie than we had in 2 months working with a competitor. This is our first trailer delivery, so they dumbed it down for us, but never treated us like we were a problem for asking so many questions. Highly recommend.
My husband and I are driving off the lot as we speak. We had an awesome experience with Bobby, Kelly and Tim. We called several places to see where we could get the best deal on this camper. Not only did Miles RV give us the best deal, they have an awesome team working there. Tim went through the whole camper inside and out and let us know how everything worked and Bobby is the best salesman I have ever seen. He was straight up with us. No BS! My camper had a broken cable. I took it to Miles and they fixed the cable for me. They were very polite, friendly and down to earth people. If I need anything else fixed on my popup I will be taking it back to them. I am one happy camping mama. Plus they did not charge me $120.00 to tell me they could not fix it like camping world. So thank you to all the folks at Miles.
