Miles RV is good in selling but slow in service. That cost them another sale. Just have larger sales operation than repair operation. We were so impressed with the sale. We are so disappointed in service. Service staff working to get them out after sale, but old customers must wait. We know this is The Season but 48 hours is too little time for minor repair.

My experience with Miles with buying and learning how to take care of my first camper has been excellent. Duncan Gant spent a lot of time with me in February, 2017 and helped me select the perfect "beginner's camper." Nathan did an excellent and thorough walk-through when I picked it up. Miles RV was an amazing experience. They were fair on our trade and gave us a reasonable price. No dock fees, no delivery fees and no pressure salesman. Richard Duncan was awesome. He helped us all the way and answered all our questions and numerous phone calls. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a camper. Two thumbs up!!
Richard Duncan is an excellent rv advisor! He answered all of our questions! Kelly gave us a great deal on our new 5th wheel and a very fair price on our trade! I definitely recommend Miles RV Center for any sales, parts or service! Our walk-through with Tim (technician) lasted over 2 hours! He explained every system inside and out! He even showed us the proper and safe operation of the 5th wheel hitch!
Dennis was amazing to work with. His knowledge and honesty were refreshing in a world of salespeople. We could not be happier with the whole buying experience, which says a lot. Can't wait to try out new camper out!
