RecommendedI was heading out on a long trip out west and had issues with my new Prism slide. Honest Ryan ( the Service manager) worked easily with Forest River and Rex was an incredible service tech. As well the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I will try hard to bring my future business to them.

We bought a toy hauler from Miles RV. They were, literally, thousands of dollars cheaper on the same type of camper than any other place we looked. The customer service we received was outstanding and they made us feel very "at home." We are extremely pleased with our Miles RV experience and would recommend them to anytime who is searching for a new camper!
I was camping at Asheville, 6 hours from home, and I broke part of my 5th wheel hitch. It was a specialty part that nobody carried. Ryan at Miles found my hitch in his store room and took the part off one of his inventoried hitches and sold me the part so I could get home. I did not buy my camper here, they owed me nothing, yet they went out of their way to help a fellow RVer out. Two thumbs up to Miles RV!
