Today Miles has shown that they have no integrity anymore. My wife had verbally agreed to purchase a truck today, and go purchase it after work. After that, she got a message from the salesman that they just sold it to someone else. Sure, nothing illegal on Miles' part, nothing was signed, no money exchanged hands. I had a strut go out on me, and agreed for them to fix both of the front since it would be a wise decision at 120,000+ miles and to save on labor. I drove out of their service department after spending almost $1,000 and drove right back in because I was still having the noise I came in complaining about. They hadn't fixed the bearing, right on top of the strut, because they didn't see it and that's what was causing the noise. Good dealerships to work with
My wife and I were looking for a vehicle so we stopped at Miles 5 or 6 times within a couple of weeks looking for a specific model , the last time we were in there the salesman said to my wife she really had no intentions of buying a car I was furious. My wife found one on the internet that had less miles and more options from a Chevrolet dealer in Peoria, Illinois. There was a ice storm but we drove to Green Chevrolet in Peoria liked the car got the price we wanted so I wrote a check for car and drove it home.
Dan went above and beyond for us to make our deal happen! He's not there to pick a car for you like most other dealerships, you get what you want! We absolutely LOVE our new Traverse and I'd recommend anyone to Miles!
