Misplaced a check for overpayment That I made . Check was void after 90 days. Returned it with a letter . Never did receive a replacement check even after several inquiry letters and phone calls . SCAM
Misplaced a refund check for an overpayment I made. Check void after 90 days. Returned the check with letter informing of my new address. After no response and several more inquiry letters and numerous phone calls never did receive a replacement check. Scammed out of my overpayment!
Parker Adventist nurses and staff in the emergency room are not taking very many precautions or following protocol to be safe during this pandemic. I went to the ER tonight with my uncle and the triage room wasn't sanitized between patients, and the nurse that did his ivy only put one glove on but still touched everything with her bare hand. They told me my insurance would cover a flu shot and that I wouldn't pay a penny. I received a flu shot ($25 market value) and was given a $480 bill. A direct violation of Colorado Deceptive Trade Practice laws. This is a criminal enterprise, do not fall into their trap!
I needed FMLA paperwork filled out. So I scheduled an appointment, which had to be a virtual appointment due to Covid. The paperwork with the dr was filled out and there were no problems. I was advised to come and pick the paperwork up the next Monday. I work until 4pm, so I asked to make sure it would be ok that I stop by at 4:30 and was assured that would be fine.
