Been to 2 different Centura hospitals in the past 2 weeks and wouldnt recommend either one.
The were in cohorts with the police to bring me to the hospital, have me booked against my will, injected with an IV against my will. (They said it was only saline but when I said if there were any drugs in it i'd be f****** ****** they all got startled pretty bad). Just to have me sit there for 3 hours, and have them charge me $14,000 to interview a psychologist so I could get discharged the same day.
Company Overcharges and sends separate bills to confuse you. Hospital charge 933 to walk in the door and then 1600 for the service which 900 was for me to fill out a form. almost 3000.00 for one stitch in my hand. This company is a scam.....put a note in your wallet that if you ever got in an accident don't take you to these scam artists!.
Went to my gynecologist today and had to bring my 2.5 year old son with me cause i didnt have child care for him appointment was at 9:45 am was told to be there at 9:30. Checked in at 9:30 and was told that next time i have to bring some 18 years or older i wasnt even seen til 10:15 so i waited 45 minutes and then was told to reschedule because they wouldnt give me my exam with my own son in the room...CENTURA HEALTH IS A JOKE, AND SO IS THE WOMENS HEALTH GROUP.
had multiple doctors and staff refuse rights not only granted to me as an American citizen but violated international rights.
This company has been sending automated e-mails to us over the past months informing us that our account will be sent to collections if not paid soon. We have made every payment on time and paying more than the monthly minimum on occasion. I have called several times to try to have this issue resolved. I had a micro discectomy and a laminectomy from Dr. Scott Stanley at the Parker Adventist Hospital in February, 2021. The day of my surgery, it took three of the hospital’s nurses four different attempts just to start an IV. I felt like an experimental pincushion. In all my year, I have never had anyone fail to get an IV started on the first try, and I have always been told I have very good, large veins, so I doubt that my physical structure was the problem. Centura, in it's wisdom has decided that patients can no longer call the front desk at the 84th local, or the hospital, Now an answering service takes the call after a 20 minute waiting time on hold. The answering service will not ask the front desk to get the test orders and hold them for me to pick up. They will make no effort to help, and when I asked to talk with a supervisor I was hung up on rather rudely.
