Started off great! Loved the store, the new bar, the friendly staff… then one day I came in and the technician drilled the base of my nail so bad I bled from the middle of my nail. I cried in the chair and when I asked to stop and go home she didn’t understand me and I sat there for 20 extra minutes in tears. Gave it another chance 4 weeks after and asked them to take my nails off so maybe they would see the bad condition my nails are in- I’ve never had ring of fire this bad in over 5 years! I came in a little later in the day and Thaistill took his time and was incredible! My nails are amazing and I will definitely be back to see him!
This nail salon was amazing because I was immediately greeted when I walked in and brought to a seat. There was no wait and I walked in. Nails and toenails were done very well and they got them done fast. I will definitely be back.
Great place for nails and great staff!
