I do not and never had a storage unit at CubeSmart!! CubeSmart keeps calling me and sending me text about a pass due bill. Either someone gave them a fake number or CubeSmart entered the number in wrong. I don't know her and CubeSmart said they can't change it in the system until they speak with the renter of the unit. Its annoying!!
Fast and easy start up process! Milo called me to introduce himself and welcome me, his Office gal also called me the day of my reservation and confirmed my arrival. Climate controlled area was clean and trolly cart was available for easy unloading and loading process! 10/10 Highly recommend
I had a problem the weekend I first rented the cube, but promptly today I was assured the problem with my code had been resolved. I haven't been there to check it out, but I'm confident it will be fine.
