Online setup was wuick and easy. Did have to stop into the office to have my keypad corrected for the correct gate but the customer zervice rep was exteemely friendly and helpful. Whole process overall was quick and simple.
The Milan office staff was great and very helpful! When I call the main office that was not on location, I was happy with their help however, it would have been nice to know about the protection plan that is required. I am happy to pay it, but I don’t like being blindsided with hidden fees.
