Just another greedy corporation. I've had a unit here for a few years and began renting when it was a locally owned small business. When Cubesmart initially purchased the business a couple of years ago now I believe, they raised the rent prices on all units. I just received a notice that they are raising the rent prices again. I know that the tariffs do not affect this business so there is no reason that I can think of other than pure greed. Gotta keep those profits rising every year so they stick it to their customers.
