I have to say overall renting a storage unit for my move was simple, but credit where credit is due belongs to Milo at the Milan location. Not only did he review several unit sizes with me, he answered all my questions before I even had to ask. He explained everything clearly and professionally which made my experience with CubeSmart worthwhile.

I do not and never had a storage unit at CubeSmart!! CubeSmart keeps calling me and sending me text about a pass due bill. Either someone gave them a fake number or CubeSmart entered the number in wrong. I don't know her and CubeSmart said they can't change it in the system until they speak with the renter of the unit. Its annoying!!
