I have gone in twice booking an appointment and both times the appointment got canceled or needed rescheduling. The first time I understand, but it happening a second time because their previous appointment was running late, being a first time customer, I won't waste several hours to have my appointment canceled again. I understand things happen, however I have never had an appointment canceled twice as a new client.

This is one of my favorite nail salons. They really take the time and attention to detail to perform your service WELL. Pedicures here are great! Some of the nail techs are still a little junior, but they do a good job. We travel from the south side of the island, well out of our way, to visit here!

I had gotten a deluxe pedi, manicure, and eyebrow wax. Decided to get almond shaped nails for the first time and fell in love with them. All three ladies were very nice and friendly. Had a whole conversation about anything and everything. Can’t wait to come back. Definitely was the highlight of my birthday weekend.

Came here with my daughter before a luau at Aulani and we had such a great time. My daughter got an adorable turtle on her toes with a French tip - so cute! I got thoroughly pampered with a mani pedi. The atmosphere is a great one and the ladies here are real pros.
