CAUTION!!! I would not recommend Mr. Robert Mikusa. He is unprofessional and his assessments are not efficient. His assessment has led to a denial package being sent to me because he significantly undervalued my home. I have sent my rebuttal to Navy Federal Credit Union but they by law would be required to have him conduct my reassessment and I would never want him to return to my home every again. If you have this appraiser assigned to you, REQUEST A NEW APPRAISER IMMEDIATELY. Appraiser identified my property as "Rural". This is factually incorrect, as the property is located near downtown of a city as well as zoned R-6 (High Density Residential District). When attempting to inquire with the appraiser, he was extremely difficult to contact having taken multiple weeks to even acknowledge reach out attempts.
