This Japanese dish serves with noodles in a pork or chicken based white broth ('paitan') and a variety of additional toppings. Mikoto broth is slowly brewed for up to 12 hours, allowing all the goodness from the ingredients to emulsify into every drop of the broth.

Ordered the TEXAS roll and the volcano roll both were very good. Very reasonably priced.
This is hands down my favorite ramen and sushi bar on the west side of Houston. Just very authentic! Music could be tuned down. Though food is on point!
I had ordered the mega pork ramen bowl and the pork had more bite than what I was used to. The egg also came cold. Wish they would warm them up a little before placing them into the soup, or at least let the soup warm them up before serving. I also had the calamari which came more oily than usual. On the upside, The service was awesome and the decor is beautiful.
