This Japanese dish serves with noodles in a pork or chicken based white broth ('paitan') and a variety of additional toppings. Mikoto broth is slowly brewed for up to 12 hours, allowing all the goodness from the ingredients to emulsify into every drop of the broth.

We had my grandaughters 21st birthday celebration there last night. All of the food was excellent and fresh! Excellent value for $22.95 per person! Excellent service. Thank you for a great evening!
First of all, as soon as you walk in the restaurant has awesome ambience ... its really nice, the staff was sooo friendly, and two huge TV screens in main dining. Regarding food - we had the special! Sushi was fresh (decent size), rolls were great, tempura items were yummy too (could have been hotter, but still good), Miso soup was hot and yummy! The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the Ponzu sauce (I dip Sushi in it) ... I like it more tangy tasting, but that's just my preference, and usually how its served, so just ok. ... read more
Did not know what to expect when first walked in, but was genuinely surprised. Great food with an attentive waitress. Best ramen on this side of town, sushi was delicious. Music needed to be toned down a bit. Other than that, will come back again.
Food is great! Best time to go is during Happy Hour! You get 20% off of your total bill! My new favorite place!
The ramen broth was just right. Most places I've tried, their broth were too salty. Overall, my ramen bowl was delicious!
Our servers were kind and always on their feet.. We love it for date nights..
