This Japanese dish serves with noodles in a pork or chicken based white broth ('paitan') and a variety of additional toppings. Mikoto broth is slowly brewed for up to 12 hours, allowing all the goodness from the ingredients to emulsify into every drop of the broth.

Mikoto was WONDERFUL!! Very modern, and the staff was exceptionally friendly! All you can eat Lunch (11 AM - 3 PM) $12.99 HECK YEA!! Definitely will be going back! XD

My husband ordered takeout from them last week and enjoyed it so wanted to try them for lunch. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the décor. Since the restaurant is in a strip center, we weren't sure what to expect but it is beautiful inside. We were seated at a long table with other guests. For the first time on November 1, Mikoto held an all you can eat special. It was great! The place was packed and the special menu. while a reduced selection of the regular menu, offered a broad choice of appetizers, nigiri, sashimi and rolls all of which were prepared with the same level of expertise that Mikoto has always had. I hope that they have another all you can eat day and that they include a sake special along with it!
