I've heard nothing but good things about them. We have a home warranty & have to go through who the warranty says. If I had to call someone in town, this would definitely be the 1st place I'd call. 9/1/17...update- ending getting to call them as our home warranty allowed us to call the place we wanted. You decide whether they are really so wonderful. My 91 year-old mother called them to install a hot water tank. She desperately needed service . They quoted her an astronomical price probably because they had her in a tough spot. Then they asked her to give them her card number before they even finished with the quote. She did get another offer which was for less than half the price they quoted so she didn't have to accept their quote. Personally I would have to be pretty desperate to ever call mikes.

Sorry to hear that your mother was not happy with the price we gave her but I would suggest you keep in mind a few details. 1. You mother lives in a mobile home which requires a mobile home approved water. These water heaters are significantly more in cost than a regular water heater. Many times contractors will not put in the appropriate water heater and not pull a permit to avoid the inspector that will demand the correct unit be installed. 2. I think you are crooks..I'm an 82 year old widow and my air filter quit..$1400 later I have the same filter with 1 new cell and a new door. You could have put in a new one for 1/3 the cost. You took advantage of me and I hope you feel good about that.
