Matt just came to fix our air conditioner at 1930. He came the same day we called , had a smile when he showed up, was very polite and very fast . He also made sure everything was up and working well after he replaced the part. We are so thankful ! I Would definitely recommend mikes to anyone and everyone . I continue to receive excellent service from Mike's. Today, an aged, non-functioning kitchen disposal unit was replaced. I recommend Mike's for air conditioning and heating maintenance as well.
Prompt service & knowledgeable technician. He cleaned up everything & was very courteous!
Took a month from the first call to diagnose that we needed a new control board for our outside heat exchanger. Had to call to find out if the part had been ordered, each time had to wait for a call back. First time the call was passed off to the tech that had diagnosed it, he was out working somewhere when he called back, didn't know anything about the part.
