Matt was absolutely marvelous. not only was he knowledgeable regarding my furnace, but went the extra mile to ensure I became familiar with the app. I would be extremely pleased to have him do future service calls for me.
We had called for a dryer vent cleaning. Well, the job was a lot more complicated than expected since the connector hose which had a crack in it needed to be replaced. The space for a new one was extremely limited and Frank, the tech that did the work, figured out a way to fit a sturdy one by having someone at work build it! Through all of the time he needed to get the job done, he remained courteous and professional even though he had another appointment waiting that he now was late for. Rob & Tony, Ackerman’s in Colfax installed a new fireplace. Very professional, polite, clean...had to do more with changing g gas line. Would recommend them to anyone.

We just had Rob & Tony at our house this morning to install a new gas fireplace insert. They were so great... professional, courteous, and friendly. Our job was a little more difficult than originally planned and they consulted with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed and okay with the change in plans. They triple checked to make sure the gas line wasn't leaking... it was nice to be reassured since we have a young child at home. Now we have a beautiful, functioning fireplace to enjoy.
