The decor is not the reason this eatery has been in business for nearly eight decades. There is usually a game on the television and chili stains on the tables, but this isn't the kind of place you come to for white linen-topped tables. The people here are so nice. Angel quickly remembered what we like and now we don't have to order. She sees us coming and starts it before we get in the door. :) They make us feel like we have been coming here for years... The food is great. Perfect for a quick bite to eat after work or relax and hang out a while.
