I had a very frustrating experience dealing with Jake regarding repairs. Communication was difficult, and instead of addressing my concerns about a his terrible work, he became argumentative during multiple interactions. As a customer, I expected a more professional and solution-oriented response, especially when raising a legitimate issue. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected or taken seriously throughout the process. Mike’s Body Shop has provided excellent service for so many years. Mike provided great quality work for my vehicle and is very friendly. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust, but he has definitely earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!
