Great buying experience with Teddy, but once it came time for warranty work, worst experience I’ve had. 4 trips to the service department, with car still under warranty, my issue has still gone unresolved. Even with video evidence of the issues at hand, I’m told service department has done all they can on their end, and I still have a car not functioning properly.
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jonathan is very knowledgeable of what he’s selling and the process was very quick and easy. My wife picked out the exact car she wanted and drove off in it shortly thereafter.
