I was in a big bind...My 16 year-old daughter was using my car almost every day to go to her summer job. I was stuck with no car and my vacation was almost over. Great customer service and friendly staff all around.
Great customer service
they sold the car before I got to check it out but failed to notify me so I made the trip to the dealer for no reason.
I test drove the car, which was in great shape. Commuications with the broker was very professional and helpful. I did not purchase the vehicle as I decided on a another Saab 93 with a manual transmission.
Great sales service, not too high pressure. Willing to work via e-mail, since that's much more convenient for me than calls.
