Smooth transaction, Steven was great to work with. On top of it all the way, especially working in a state away. Highly suggest Mike Ward Alfa Romeo. Nice selection of new and used cars.

Good folks. It's been a great experience so far.
The showroom is full of McLaren, I was there for a jeep. I felt out of place and slightly intimidated. Until I met the staff. I had never felt more welcomed at any dealership. Communication, the vehicle listing, the vehicle itself were all top notch. The customer service was stellar. Overall, the best car buying experience I've ever had, period. I recommend Mike Ward to everyone and see for yourself.

We purchased our Smart car from them. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive car in the world, and they delivered our car to us and because the salesman ( Frank Ingram) thought the tires were not good enough, he placed new tires on it for free for us. Also we loved the way we were treated by every one at Mike Ward Auto..Well done.
Excellent. Car was unlocked and my wife and I were able to examine it. Not a single sales person bugged us...they just let us have a look. Great experience.
