Mike Ward didn't have the have the exact transmission on the Aston Martin that I wanted but very politely followed up with answers as promised. Really appreciated.

Didn't answer the question (what is your best price for this vehicle?) It also turns out, this vehicle does not exist in their inventory!!! Why does it show up on your site???
Like every other dealership out in this crazy world, will run your credit, not contact you to tell you that you're not qualified. Every auto dealership seems to leave you in the limbo without updating you very unprofessional of these people and others. I took my business elsewhere and paid cash for a similar item that was 15K cheaper than this.

Frank, sales person, was great to deal with. Bought a great car and everything was as it was described. What I appreciated most was the hospitality while at the dealership and even after purchase. Had some questions after we left and Frank was always quick to offer assistance. Even living 8 hours away will continue to do business with the Mike Ward dealership and specifically Frank.
