First it took 60 days to paint my truck let that sink in. I know some of it was fighting with the insurance company but 60 days Second. When I got my truck back it was full of dust from the sanding inside the truck no one even tried to clean it and the outside wasn’t wash or clean either Third they didn’t do everything they were paid to do. I took my car to Mike Smith Collission Center for repair. They were very polite, professional and returned my calls very promptly. They provided transportation to and from my home when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. The repairs were done quickly and looked great.
Rude customer service at front desks. Kierra is unprofessional. Will not do business with again.
It took a while to get my car repaired because of the parts needed but once the work was done it looked great. Had body work done to the rear.
I would never bring my vehicle here again to have it repaired nor would I recommend them to anyone. After my car being there for over a week, I still had not received one call about the status of it or if they had even started on it. I had to do all the communicating myself and was constantly sent to voicemail with my calls being returned about once every fifth call. After a month, my vehicle was finally finished. After vehicle was"repaired" received call to pick it up. Went to pick it up..wasn't ready! Seat headrest were apart and low functioning words lit up dash.
My Aunt recently got into an accident. Y'all told her one week till she got her car back. Over two months later she finally gets it back and the damn thing is worse than when it came in. Number of issues that where not broken when the came in she had to bring back bc y'all fucked it up. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to have work done by y'all.
