RecommendedThe Collision Center did an excellent job on my car. I was so very pleased with the way they treated me. Brittney stayed in communication with me about the status of my car the whole time. My car was out the shop within 2weeks. Even when the work was completed I wasn’t able to get my car right away due scheduling conflicts it was no rush for me to pick up. Mike Smith Collision made it fast, simple process. I will use them again!
Don’t use them. MSCC under estimated the damage to my vehicle after a head on collision by almost $12,000, total damage ended up being just over $21,000. So the insurance company wouldn’t total it. They also reached a point and wouldn’t finish fixing my vehicle. I wasn’t going to keep the vehicle after the extensive damage and ended up loses $6,000.
