We had a great experience with this company. Kevin did a great job keeping us informed of the process and progress. This was nice since it has been hard to get things done during this pandemic. Our truck looks like new. I highly recommend them to fix your vehicle.
They are very nice and efficient. Customer Service is always fabulous. My car was even detailed when it was returned to me. I am very pleased with the results. Kevin is AMAZING!!!
My car was returned dirty on the inside. When asked for a quote they didn’t do a thorough job so all the was not quoted so it wasn’t a complete job. What this means is my insurance has paid and now I can’t get it fixed without paying for it myself. As for customer service. They are nice people but not qualified. The event that bought me to them led to 3 separate trips to the body shop. mostly because of the encompitance of the service advisors. I tried to speak with management and was dismissed. My car was totalled. They were supposed to keep my car until tomorrow so I can get several hundred dollars of belongings out before it is towed. Arrived today from Houston and my car is gone. Towed. No one accepted any responsibility. Now I have to drive BACK TO HOUSTON to get my stuff. I drove here from Georgia, a middle-aged woman and her dog, had an accident, and no one is willing to take responsibility for this FUBAR. Run - don't walk - run away from this business and keep your sanity and your belongings!

My brand new car was hit 3 weeks after buying it and I brought it to Kevin Robberts and he got me right in and within a weeks time I got it back as good as new 😊 I will highly recommend Mike Smith Collision to all my friends and family... professional, friendly and efficient 👍🏼
