1st off, my car was there for 54 days. Yes, it was an extensive job, but that’s a bit ridiculous. & close to $1,000 in car rental later, there are still problems. 2nd, i live in Houston & the only reason my car was at this shop was because this is where my accident happened to occur. Great place to get collision repair done on your car! Kevin exceeded my expectations with fixing my collision done to the back of my car. They were thorough and made sure I did not have to come out of pocket for any of the repairs. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and went beyond their scope of work to ensure everything went well.

The communication on updates of vehicles was not good. A quoted 3 week job turned into 5 weeks. This caused me to have to rent a vehicle for a week. They could have at least offered me a loaner... I will go to Classic next time.
