Lease a truck with Mike Smith Buick GMC last June and was so happy I was back for a second lease this February . That will be my FINAL time at Mike Smith. As I stood waiting for my deposit back, one of the managers said to me “I’m sorry this is not our business model.” They must not know their own business model. It was clear to me Mike Smith Buick GMC does NOT care about their returning clients. VERY disappointing.

DON’T take your vehicle here to be serviced!!! Took my GMC Sierra in to get checked out because my check engine light was on, a service technician “diagnosed” it and the code said it was a small evap leak (usually from not tightening the gas cap correctly). I've honestly never had such an easy car buying experience! Jim is the best! He doesn't play games, you tell him what you want and he makes it happen! i spent a total of 1.5hrs at this dealership between test driving, making a deal, coming back to pick up my truck, and signing all the paper work! It was so fast and painless! This is my second truck thru Jim and I most likely wont go anywhere else!
