I have purchased two brand new vehicles in the past 10 years from Mike Smith Buick GMC and have always been satisfied with the service my vehicles received over the years, until now. I have never witnessed the level of unprofessionalism I saw today. The Service Manager, Ken, screamed (no exaggeration) at customers, including myself, and attempted to close the garage door on a vehicle pulling into the service area. I must admit that when we bought our gmc, they were very accommodating. But, they’ll take you for a negative ride in the service department. Thinking of NOT buying from them again.

We brought in a newspaper ad with a Black Friday deal listed for a truck lease. We worked with Bob to discuss features and test drive the truck. Bob and the Mike Smith team easily honored the ad as listed in the newspaper AND took care of the non-GM vehicle we were turning in. The hardest part about the process was picking a truck color! Salesman lied multiple times. Did not do his job and verify payoff amount with another leasing company.Could have hsd payment rolled over into new vehicle but instead causes negative credit remark on credit. Then dealership doesnt stand behind their promise snd screws over customer. love the vehicle but will definitely be doing business somewhere else next time as will the rest of my family plus the truck is 2 months old and remote dont work properly..lmao...
I picked up my new Encore last night and so far I love it! Phil, my salesperson, was super helpful and got me a great deal quickly and easily. He also worked with my schedule and stayed late to explain the features to me. I really appreciate that he understood what I wanted in a car and did not try to upsell me on anything else which allowed me to stay within my budget. Thank you very much for your help, I will be recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a car :)
