They service center is a big joke including the service manager. They tech don’t know how to repair cars they will give sell you used parts they don’t have customer care at all they lose keys and than call the police on you. I also filed a complaint with Chrysler headquarters regarding this dealership.
RecommendedAlways fast and courteous! Recommend making an appointment to get best service! They got me in at my appointment time checked out my problem decided it would take a while offered me a shuttle ride home or car rental I took the shuttle. Said they would call around 4 PM with status and they did, telling me my car would be ready at 5 PM...it was, paperwork was not but to not hold me up they said they would mail it to me. All in all I was very satisfied as usual with their service!
Oil Change personnel are awesome. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service!! It’s been that way for years! I’ve been going to this particular service department for year, since 2011 to be exact! I go for recalls and such on my vehicles, ONLY because the location is convenient, being that this particular dealership is not even 5 minutes from my home. The men and women that work in the service department ALL have terrible attitudes, are not very friendly, and are very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location for service AT ALL!!
My experience with the service department was wonderful. Alan is the gentleman who helped me, he made everything very easy. The young man who helped with my loaner was also very accommodating.

My salesman Craig Robertson was fantastic. Very helpful and no high pressure. Very personal. My family has been doing business there on and off for as long as I can remember. This was one of the best experiences in getting a new car I can remember in the past 35 years!
Brought my Grand Cherokee in for a recall & service was Great! In and out in about a half hour.
