I went for an oil change. Needed my oil pan replaced. The guy from the oil place was going to change it for a lower price/ back of the shop price. Then those commission guys got involved and charged me double. What a RIP off. They just want to make money
left my review under the wrong tab. they are just money hungry. went for an oil change. ended up needing my oil pan changed. the oil place was going to replace it for their prices. then the commission guy got involved trying to make extra money and charged me so much extra. he charged 330 dollars for him to stand there with a flashlight overseeing the oil change guy doing it.

I’ve been calling and emailing your manager for weeks with no response. I’ve had an ongoing issue and your dealership is not doing anything to help resolve this matter.
Experience overall was good. Need to tell the billing department when the customer has a service plan, so they aren’t billed. Complimentary car wash would have been nice.
