The staff in the service department are great! Bryan, Paulette and Tim are a great team and work together to make sure you are taken care of.
Went to several Chrysler dealerships and was disappointed. So happy I went to Mike Riehl Roseville in the end. Sales experience was superior in every way. Also, the service department is the best I’ve experienced. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was very nice. Brian was my Svc mgr and he treated us like family. He was awesome. This is not my first new vehicle lease. However, being that I am a Ford girl working in a Chrysler world, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon lease I ordered was as just as exciting as buying my first car when I was a teen. Wonderful staff and sales team dedicated to working with me and meeting my expectations. My overall experience was very good. Fast & timely service on my under warranty trans issue!
Very satisfied with all in the service department Paulette Davis was absolutely fantastic. I needed to have my vehicle towed in because of a dead battery, she met me when we pulled in and walked me thru the process, made sure I got a loaner even though they had the work done in a few hours. She called me when it was ready to be picked up. Mike Riehl's did a great job. A+ rating from me.
The employees in the body shop are friendly and do great work. I really feel like they go above and beyond!
