Made an appointment to take my Ram in for some Recall work (2 things) yesterday, made a rental reservation. I get to the service department to drop off my vehicle 8 am and they informed me that they were out of rentals. Now , I don’t know how that could’ve happened when mine was “reserved at the time I made the appointment “? Which means they gave it to someone else.. bought a jeep from u guys a few months goes by and all the sudden now needs a new motor and transmission and the warranty ive gotten from u guys wont cover im very dis satisfied
