I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion and LOVE it! It's roomy for the kids in the back and came with custom leather seats and tinted windows for an incredible deal. We had visited another popular pre-owned lot in Lafayette....and never even approached after looking at vehicles for 20 minutes. At Raisor, we were immediately taken care of and treated fabulously. Ryan Warren took excellent care of us!!
Be prepared to be lied to. "Look bub we're only gonna sell your 12 Malibu LTZ for 10k...9 trade value is the best we can do." Yea like I'm a moron, you'll get 12+ out of it. I love the truck I bought, even tho they wouldn't budge a single penny on it..."we're taking a loss on this truck"...apparently I walked in there with the word dipshit on my forehead that day. We had a great salesman Derek, but after that we had horrible service. They took an hour to get us a financing quote that we told them we didn't need or want. This lead to us wasting enough time that are bank was closed, so we couldn't pick up our vehicle that day. Then, we asked to pre-sign all documents so only one of us would have to come back in. They called us 7.5 hours later Saturday night to say they screwed up and had us sign the wrong papers. This meant both of us, plus our sick 9 month old had to come in this eveni... read more
We purchased a used car. Within 4 weeks, the car needed a $2000 dollar repair. We made that repair. 3 weeks later....another $2000 repair. We have not fixed it. Phone calls were not answered and messages ignored. I understand we bought As Is, but I feel like our phone calls should have been answered.
Just traded my SUV for an Equinox. Not only do I love the vehicle, I love the Superb Customer Service! They gave me a better deal than I hoped for! Thank You!!!! 110% Satisfied.
