Just like to thank Jay Mason, our finance guy�, and the whole staff!!! I'm always sceptical of car dealers, and we spent many frustrating hours at a dealer down in Indy when we purchased our prior truck. NOT HERE! We expressed our concerns up front with Jay and he didn't let us down, everything was done in a timely fashion, finance set us up with an awesome extended warranty (yes, it cost us, but it's a piece of mind for us). We decided we needed to upgrade my 2006 Dodge Stratus to a newer more reliable vehicle. We had been to quite a few car lots finally ending up at the Raisor Pre Owned Center. We were met by Derek Riley. He was very courteous and helpful through the whole process. He even ordered us a new owners manual and 2nd key fob. When my aging 1999 Malibu needed a repair that would cost more than the car was worth, I decided it was time to purchase a newer car. Went to look at a truck today with my husband. Drove an hour, no one bothered to come out to help us. They didn't even bother to put the front of the truck back together, or clean the bed out. Don't waste your time looking at the white Ford f350 platinum 2015 on their lot. The hood is not aligned.
Very Very Nice People Colby our salesman was so nice and knowledgeable and our finance girl was extremely helpful and nice.
