Update: this problem was resolved quickly by Mike Hale with in a few hours. He was great to work with and very accommodating. Thank you Had a good buying experience till I got home. They messed up on my paper work and promised that everything would be included in the loan. Well it wasn't and when I called asking about it the sales man/financial would not return my calls. In the course of two years I've visited Park city three times to visit family. Twice I have had issues with my Chevy trucks during long trips to the area. Made it to PC and called Mike Hale Chevy to solve them. Staff willing to work on truck almost immediately. Service staff is exemplary…greeting me with smiles, courtesy, & genuine concern about me and my Silverados. Issues taken care of both in 2015 & 2017 with speed, efficiency, and professionalism. I woke up to a major fluid leak in my car. I called about 8:30 am and service said yes bring it in and they would work it in to see what the problem might be. Got a call around 2pm that water pump failed. Picked it up at 5pm all fixed. Great service for me. I'm sure it doesn't always go this smoothly but I believe the service team works very hard to get us back on the road!!
Went to Mike Hale to find my girlfriend a car after visiting several other dealerships one of which almost had her in tears because they were pressuring her and confusing her to try and get a sale. Mike and his sales team were completely transparent and we loved the no haggle pricing. My girlfriend was completely happy with her purchase and I felt assured she was getting the best deal.
I was told a time to drop off my vehicle and get a rental last week. They advertise they will give you a rental when you get a service done. Nope. No rental and I have to wait for a shuttle to get where I need to go. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I asked how long before it would be done since I made an appt for 8am I figured it would go in around then. He said with as busy as we are not for a long time. Wth??? No very happy. He didn't even care.
