Made an appointment last week, to have several services and new tires put on. When I got there they didn’t know half of what I was scheduled for. Next, I was told on the phone that they would shuttle me home, or have a loaner car. They lied, I got there and they wanted me to get an uber or taxi. RecommendedGreat experience today from Mike Hale Chevrolet service dept. Took my Lexus in for a snow tire change. Made an appointment on line but never received a confirmation. Regardless they squeezed me in when I arrived. Walked away feeling good about the experience compared with the other tire only stores that charge more(tire insurance?) for services I don’t want. Will be going back for sure!
Got great service. My driver window disappeared down the rabbit hole on a cold Friday afternoon after just arriving from Portland, Or. it was ready for pickup Mon at noon due to having to wait for a part. They are efficient, friendly and all around awesome. Thanks for helping me out! Lynn
Great place to go if you're looking for personable people that will help you out in a shimmy, Shane is a great service manager who will try his hardest to help anyone he can.
Service is the worst, breaking parts on your vehicle, telling you it’s your fault and sending you on your way. That is a disservice.
