They had my vehicle in there shop 3 times didn’t resolve any of the issues and they had it for 2 1/2 months with no communication we had to call every time. The tech broke the door panel and didn’t say anything and just gave it back to us and then lied to GMC and said it was a faulty part which was a lie so that’s warranty fraud. They also slammed our door on a lift and gave it back to us not wanting to fix it because as per Jacob the service manager that would cost to much money.
