Very courteous and prompt. Found out what the problem was and told us what to do to correct the problem. Had to leave to get a part but was back in a flash and we have no more problems under the bathroom sink. If we ever need a plumber again we will contract Mike Counsil Plumbing.
Victoria came Monday to do a Health and Safety check on our house of 40 some years. She gave us very good advice of preventative work we should do I think this will help us keep it running well in the future. I called around 11 AM to have some one check on my plumbing. I was told they would be at my house between 3pm and 5pm. Around 3:30 I got a call saying the plumber was going to be coming closer to 5pm because of an issue they ran into at their current site. Not a problem, I can wait. The problem is its now 6:30 they havent showed up and they haven't contacted me to let me know of the status of their plumber. Unreliable and disappointing.
I love their services. They replaced our water heater, drain lines and water lines. Can't beat the service. In the interest of full disclosure, my son works for them.
