I called at 1:00. I got ate the at 2:00 with a picture of Mario saying he was coming. He came at 2:20. Addressed the issue and cleaned up. He left at 3:30. Excellent experience (as always)
I have a Diamond package and scheduled my annual "check-up", requesting Josh Gibson, as usual. He was extremely thorough, very neat, explained things in language I could understand, and was courteous and friendly. He even fixed an incorrectly placed screw on my furnace filter in the hallway on the way out. I absolutely would recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing and I will always request Josh.

Very quick to respond and also very courteous. Checked out my water heater and made some recommendations on how to get this system back up and working the right way again.
