Bill Alter seemed to know exactly what we needed Bill Alter seemed to know exactly what we needed and what price we wanted to pay. He only called when he had what he thought we would like. It took two times and we met out new, used car. Bill explained the car from radio to on-star to seat removal to gas mileage. He let us make up our own minds about buying or not buying. Over-the-top professional and friendly!! I was a loyal Saturn owner; over the last 20 years I bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership.
