It took two times and we met out new, used car. Bill explained the car from radio to on-star to seat removal to gas mileage. He let us make up our own minds about buying or not buying. Never Felt Any Pressure We purchased our 2012 Avalanche from Mike Anderson Chevrolet on Saturday 6/16. We never felt any pressure from Kelley to purchase the truck.
