Frank and family came quickly and helped fixed my garage door which was stuck in a partially up position. It was 2 days before my kids spring break and we were leaving town. I feel they gave us a great repair at a reasonable price. We had a quote from another company that was much higher. Frank was friendly and courteous. We have used his services 2x now and will continue to use his company in the future!
I contacted Dean on behalf of my in-laws since I had a positive experience with his company for my own garage door. My 88 yr old in-laws had a very bad experience with another company when they needed adjustment to their cables (they don't have an opener). They were charged over $700 for adjustment which was poorly done, the door was still very difficult to lift, and didn't stay up. A gear on my garage door screw drive broke and I was unable to find out what the name of the part was. Tatiana answered my call and was able to help me ID the part. She even went beyond that and asked me to send a picture so that she could confirm the part with her technician. Unfortunately the next available appointment that they had was about 4 days out, which would not work for me (which isnt a ding on their service since I had other time constraints). These guys are phenomenal!Within a day of contacting them to install a garage door Tatiana was on the spot giving us a very accurate cost estimate.Tim came by the next morning to iron out the best way to install a roller door where there had only ever been two large timber doors.A few days later and we have a lovely new remote control garage door.Tim did a top professional job in only about 3 hours and even took away the old wooden doors.Can't recommend this company enough.
