Ghosted me after numerous calls and emails after I was told my workmanship claim would be escalated and taken care of. Waiting since July 2025 for repairs to be done.
A short while back I contacted Mighty Dog Roofing about issues with my roof. They had a representative come out and make an assessment at no charge providing me with options and cost. We considered repairs and three different type of roofing options. There was absolutely no pressure to select them or a specific roofing option, just the information for me to make an informed decision. I selected Mighty Dog as my contractor and could no be more satisfied with the overall experience and quality of work.
Very communicative, prompt, and professional business. Aidan was awesome and very thorough. Will definitely continuing using their services in the future.
Mighty Dog has helped us three times now. Once with a new roof on our Ouse and two roof repairs at our business. Jerry Ross is great to deal with.
