Fast, friendly and helpful. I've been here twice for part recalls and both times it was painless.
I was promised a check for reimbursement for repairs needed within a week of my purchase . 2 months ago! The will not even return my calls . Do not trust them when say they will “take care of it”.
Finally upgraded to a new truck from Midwest Superstore! John took real good care of me and made it a smooth and easy process! After going my whole life with buying from private parties to avoid dealerships, I’ll definitely be going back to them instead when we upgrade our second vehicle!
Our ordeal started on December 7th when we bought a 2007 Ford Edge..It is a very long story, so to keep it short, we now have it parked in our back yard until we can come up with the 1300 dollars to fix what your own service department said was wrong on a car that should have never left your lot in this condition!!! Now, no one will even return our phone calls!! And we haven't even made the first payment on it..And to top it off, a very rude salesman!!
Great customer service, as usual, when I come in for an oil change and tire rotation.
