Dealer called my wife and convinced her to bring vehicle in for an oil change which would cost 54.00. When she was told it was ready she found out total charges were 139.15. When she asked why, she was informed her oil filler cap was Installed too tight and they broke it when they attempted to replace it. This item was installed by Firestone Tire Co.
