Very professional and treated inside upon asking, which we originally were not going to have done.

I have been on a ninety day schedule with Midwest Pest for five years. They have been awesome! They are reasonably priced and come any time I have an issue. They are really great to work with!
We have been using them for a few years now and have no complaints. The technicians are thorough and respectful of our property. I appreciate that I can get a re-service at no additional charge if I'm noticing any increased "activity". The frequency and the price meet our needs and setting up billing with them makes it easy on me! We have had several different technicians but I agree, Shannon goes the extra mile to get it done right!
We've been using Midwest Pest Control for years. They are always very accommodating with coming out to treat when I request it, or if it's time for my treatment. The technicians are always very polite, courteous, thorough and great at asking if we have been experiencing any issues since their last visit. Service techs are always professional; dress, attitude. They are always helpful. They ask what my issues we have experienced since their last visit, provide recommendations, and leave behind products the help between visits. Every time I have needed a treatment between scheduled visits, they arrive within 2 business days, and perform the treatment needed at no additional charge. I would not consider any other alternative than Midwest Pest Control.
